4.- PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices applicable are those indicated on the website at the time of the purchase. All prices include 21% of VAT.

In case of an item with a reduced price, both the original and the reduced price will be displayed.

Citzzy accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card: accessed directly from our virtual Point of Sale (VPOS) in order to guarantee a secure payment.
• PayPal: users only need to confirm their PayPal accounts in order to complete payment.

Users will be able to consult the total amount of their order before confirming it.

Once the order is placed, CITZZY will send a confirmation email to buyer. This email will contain a purchase reference code and detail product characteristics , its price, delivery costs and payment method.

5.- DISPATCHING CONDITIONS

Postage will be carried out by National Post Services (Correos), certified and with a tracking number assigned.

The delivery will take place within working days, according to the timetables and at the address indicated in the form completed at purchase.

Delivery rates and times are the following:

Delivery and processing times exclude weekends and holiday.

In case of delivery destinations within Spain and Portugal, once initialized the dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to buyer by Correos.

For purchases outside of EU you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded.

6.- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your CITZZY purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

The process will be initialized via our return form or by email at: info@citzzy.com.

The product will have to be returned within 14 consecutive days since the communication of the intention of returning and the following conditions will be applied:

• The item will have to preserve its original packaging including labels.
• The item must be preserved in perfect condition and cannot display signs of being used.

The returned item must be sent via certified postal services at the following address:

Shipping costs associated with returning the item to us will be covered by the buyer unless it´s due to CITZZY´s error or an incident occurred in the process of delivery.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions above the following will take place:

• If you request a REFUND, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method within the 14 days since the reception of the article.
• If you request an EXCHANGE (always for the same item in a different size or color) the substitute item will be shipped at CITZZY expense for the shipping.

If the returned item lacks its original packaging or shows signs of being used it will not be possible to proceed with the refund or exchange.

7.- WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

All products offered by CITZZY are guaranteed against defective manufacturing or materials. Defects and imperfections caused by incorrect use or handling of the goods or by wearing off due to normal usage are not covered by this warranty.

Shrinkages of the clothing are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

CITZZY excuses itself and does not assumes any type of responsibility for the damages of any nature that can occur, including: technical problems, presence of virus or malware in IT systems of website users or any other motive that can cause errors or alterations in their IT equipments and files, in spite of having adopted the technical means necessary to avoid it and to guarantee the proper functioning of the services contained in the web. CITZZY does not take responsibility for the damages that all this could cause to third parties.

CITZZY does not assume any responsibility as for the connection or contents of the links to other websites, neither their presence implies that CITZZY is responsible for their policies of confidentiality, conditions of use and information provided.

The present general conditions are subject to the Spanish jurisdiction. Any controversy arisen from the interpretation or execution that could appear in relation with the validity, interpretation, fulfillment or resolution of the present contract will submit to the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts of Reus (Tarragona), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction to which users might be legally entitled.
